Weekend in Review: OwlThon FAU reveals $107,858.17 for UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital

We are so proud to announce OwlThon FAU raised $107,858.17 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital, capping a very successful Dance Marathon season. The 13.1 hour-event on April 9 marked the first in-person main event at Florida Atlantic University since 2019. Dancer engagement was very high, and five miracle families were able to attend the celebration.

This accomplishment is a culmination of year-long fundraising efforts by OwlThon FAU students. Between Dance Marathon at FSU and Dance Marathon at UF, our three college programs totaled $3,996,231.52. Thank you to our dance participants, students, advisors and donors who supported and participated in support of UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital!
