Accepting Submissions: Ace Hardware 2025 Artwork Calendar
It’s time for our annual Ace Hardware Artwork Calendar request! Each year, Ace Hardware creates a calendar featuring artwork for patients of children’s hospitals across the country to spotlight their partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Their 2025 calendar will once again feature patient artwork AND 10 cents of every calendar that a retailer purchases will benefit their local CMN Hospital!
But Ace needs help filling in artwork to be featured each month in the calendar. If selected, the patient’s first name, age and hospital will be included in the calendar. In addition, Ace Hardware will make a $500 donation in that child’s name to their hospital!
If your child has been a patient of UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital, we’d love to submit artwork on your behalf!
Here are the details:
- Patient should draw/color picture related to the month that your hospital area is assigned (see list below) – example: shamrocks for March; and please no religious references.
- Artwork should be horizontal and 8.5 x 11.
- Please scan artwork in color and email to cmn@shands.ufl.edu by Friday, May 17, 2024. Include the patients name and age in the email.
- If artwork is selected for inclusion, we will need original so please keep all original artwork.
- Selected artists’ parents/guardian will need to complete an Ace Hardware release form IF selected. This will be facilitated AFTER selections are made.
The months UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital has been asked to submit artwork for include: April, July, and March
An example of the artwork selected for the 2024 Ace Hardware Calendar is shown below.
The selected months are a guideline so that Ace can acquire a variety of subjects covering all months; however, any patient’s artwork may be selected for any month, regardless of hospital area assignment.
