Southwest Georgia Oil Company, Shell partner to fuel the future of pediatric healthcare

Through the annual “Giving Pump” initiative, Southwest Georgia Oil Company, Inc. and Shell raised thousands of dollars earlier this year that benefited Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital.

From Aug. 1 through Sept. 30, their customers helped raise $5,885.55 for critical pediatric equipment and research funding at UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital. Each gallon of gas sold at the specially marked “Giving Pump” contributed to the total.
