Miracles In Motion: Bea
“It was something I had never done before, working in a hospital. I feel very rewarded that I’ve gotten to realize what families go through. That just never entered my mind. You know, I’ve never had a family member in the hospital. I’ve never had a child in the hospital. And being here, particularly up here on the 10th floor, you see parents that have to be here for such a long time sometimes. It’s just been very rewarding to be here, meet the families, and just make conversation with them and get to know them. I can’t say enough about working in this atmosphere.” – Ms. Bea, Guest Services Specialist for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital
