Miracles In Motion: Amber

“He is so big in so many ways – he finally loves reading, he engages in conversations about real life news and scenarios that pertain to daily experiences. He has a major crush on a girl just a few months older than him and talks about her frequently. He thinks and talks about the future for the first time in his life: 5th grade, middle school, high school, college, marriage, kids.

He is still my little boy in so many ways. But in others, he is becoming quite the little man. This is that awkward time between childhood and teen years. I can’t believe we are here. And yet, I am so thankful. For every year. For the past 10 years. For what we pray and hope will be a long future.” – Amber, mom to Nate, CMN Hospitals Ambassador
