#TotalTuesday Update – Feb. 27
Now through April, each week will feature a #TotalTuesday reveal which includes the amount raised by local middle schools and high schools during their Mini Marathons, leading up to the Dance Marathon Main Events at Florida State University and the University of Florida, to help raise funds and awareness for local Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
Six high schools hosted their Dance Marathon events between Friday, Feb. 23, and Sunday, Feb. 25, raising $191,228.59 over the weekend for UF Health Shand Children’s Hospital.
Chiles High School – Feb. 23: $115,405.80
Newberry High School – Feb. 23: $6,932.23
Vanguard High School – Feb. 24: $34,435.77
Tavares High School – Feb. 24: $6,355.13
Lincoln High School – Feb. 24: $17,024.91
Rickards High School – Feb. 25: $11,074.75
Dance Marathon at UF and Dance Marathon at FSU-affiliated middle and high schools will fundraise for UF Health Shands Children’s Hospital until the culmination of their respective Dance Marathon main events.
