UF Health Shands Children's Hospital located in Gainesville, FL
UF Health Shands Children's Hospital is a hospital within a hospital on the UF Health Shands campus. UF physicians treat patients from throughout Florida and the United States at UF Health Shands Children's Hospital. The UF Health Shands Children's Hospital represents the only quaternary-care academic pediatric center in North Florida. UF physicians offer some of the most specialized pediatric programs for the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of complex conditions. UF Health Shands Children's Hospital has 207 beds, including fully-equipped pediatric and neonatal intensive care units. UF Health Shands Children's Hospital is part of the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals alliance of premier hospitals for children.
